Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then take 4 to 8 business days to arrive, so most reach you within about 5 to 11 business days of ordering. Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on a business day start processing the same day. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track it?
We email a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan. See Track Your Order if it has not arrived or has not moved.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States, including the territories and military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
Return unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery, free of charge. Sale items follow the same policy unless stated otherwise. The full terms are in our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I return something?
Email support@seacoastmills.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid label. Please wait for that email before sending anything back.
How long do refunds take?
Within 5 business days of your return reaching us and passing inspection. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by trusted providers over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card details.
When am I charged, and in what currency?
Payment is taken when you place your order. All prices are in US dollars.

What do you do with my information?

No, and we are honest about that. Seacoast Mills is a new American brand inspired by the New England seacoast and its real textile-mill tradition. We carry that standard forward; we don't claim a history we don't have. Orders ship from our warehouse in Kittery, Maine. More on our About Us page.
