Where your order is, at any moment
Every Seacoast Mills order ships with tracking. The moment your parcel leaves our warehouse in Kittery, Maine, we email you a tracking link, so you never have to wonder.
How to track your order
1. Check your email. Look for the shipping confirmation we sent when your order left the warehouse. It carries a tracking link that goes straight to the carrier. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Open the link. It shows every scan the carrier has recorded, from collection to your door.
3. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan. Carriers do not always register a parcel the moment they pick it up, so a link that shows nothing yet is normal on the first day. It is not a sign that anything is wrong.
If tracking has not moved for a few days
Parcels sometimes sit between scans, particularly over a weekend or a public holiday. If nothing has changed for several days, email us with your order number and we will chase the carrier ourselves rather than send you to do it.
If you cannot find your tracking link
Email support@seacoastmills.com with your order number, or the email address and postal code you used at checkout, and we will send it again.
When to expect your order
We prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days and delivery adds another 4 to 8 business days, so most orders arrive within roughly 5 to 11 business days of being placed. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Something arrived damaged, or not at all
Contact us and we will put it right, whether that means tracing the parcel with the carrier, sending a replacement, or issuing a refund. Our Return & Refund Policy sets out how that works.
