Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The methods available to you appear on the payment screen, based on your device and region.
How your payment is processed
Payments are handled by trusted third-party providers using industry-standard encryption over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Your full card number is processed directly by the payment provider; Seacoast Mills never sees or stores your complete card details.
When you are charged
Payment is taken when you place your order, which confirms it and lets us begin preparing your pieces. If a payment fails or is flagged, your order will not be confirmed, and we will let you know so you can try again or use a different method.
Pricing and currency
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). The full price, plus any taxes or fees that apply, is shown before you complete your purchase. Shipping is free, so nothing is added at the last step. In the rare case of a clear pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, with our apologies.
Order confirmation
After a successful order you will receive a confirmation email, usually within minutes. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder, then email support@seacoastmills.com.
Billing questions
If you think you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or charged for an order that did not confirm, email support@seacoastmills.com. Pending authorizations that do not complete are usually released by your bank within a few business days, and we will always investigate genuine billing issues.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. How and when we refund a return is set out in our Return & Refund Policy; delivery costs and timings are in our Shipping Policy.
Security
Our checkout is encrypted and our providers run fraud-prevention checks to protect you and us. If you ever see a charge you do not recognize, contact us right away.
